Wild Caught Alaska King Salmon over Shiitake Mushrooms

* 2 6 ounce Wild Alaska King Salmon Filets from @Sizzlefish

* Shiitake mushrooms

* Olive Oil * 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

* Beauty & the Broth chicken concentrate (or ginger and turmeric )

* Himalayan Salt & Pepper


1. Preheat oven to 425°F 2. Marinate salmon in Beauty & the Broth chicken concentrate (or ginger and turmeric ) and 2 cloves of minced garlic. ** NOTE: if you have time earlier in the day, do this 1-8 hours ahead of time and you will get even MORE flavor in your Salmon. 3. Coat pan with olive oil and add shiitake mushrooms, add olive oil on top, Himalayan salt, KC Natural Terriyaki sauce 4.
