Cinnamon and Coconut Fat Bombs

 

Whether you are taking them to a party or snacking late at night, Cinnamon and Coconut Fat Bombs are a tasty treat. Coconut is easy to digest and preferentially burned as energy not stored as fat.


Try this out!

Cinnamon and Coconut Fat Bombs Ingredients:
• 1 cup coconut butter*
• 1 cup desiccated coconut
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 Tablespoon water
• Half a beauty and the broth chicken concentrate pouch

Directions:

Heat your oven to 180°C /360°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl.

Form balls of the mixture and place onto your baking tray. I use my Tablespoon as ameasure. 4. Pop in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes (until they start to turn golden). The smell will be incredible!
