Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
Our new recipe is here! Melissa and Wellness Influencer Ellie Mumin put together a delicious Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl. This smoothie is made with two special ingredients, our chicken broth concentrate and Manuka Honey. Manuka Honey comes from a Manuka Tree in New Zealand and is known to help heal the body, boost immunity and aid in recovery. Check out the recipe below to make this simple and easy smoothie for breakfast or as a midday pick-me-up!
-1 cup coconut milk
-1 sweet potato, peeled, cooked and sliced
-Inch and 1/2 ginger
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp turmeric
-1 spoonful Manuka honey
- Granola, for topping
1. Combine the chicken broth, milk, sweet potato, ginger, cinnamon and turmeric in blender.
2. Add a spoonful of Manuka honey to the blender.
3. Place lid on blender and blend together for 20 seconds, or until smooth.
4. Pour the smoothie in your favorite bowl and add your granola topping.
5. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
