Poached Fish & Ginger Chicken Bone Broth Soup

Melissa Bolona

Is your gut still reeling from Thanksgiving? Seems like it took twice the amount of time to get rid of this year's leftovers, am I right? Well to get back to our glowing, beautiful selves, we teamed up with Mascha Davis, registered dietician and founder of mini fish to cook up a lean, mean, gut cleansing and immune- boosting poached fish and ginger chicken bone broth soup. With our whole-body healing organic chicken bone broth concentrate, a lean protein halibut, along with antioxidant-rich ginger and garlic, get ready to get your gut and your glowing self back into the holiday spirit.

1.Peel and slice ginger into small match sized pieces

2.Next cut shallots in half and place both shallots and ginger into a skillet

3.Mince garlic and add into the skillet

4.Next add 3 cups of the chicken bone broth into the skillet

5.Cut the bok choy stem off and then remove the leaves and place intact into skillet

6.Cut the stems off of the serrano peppers, cut in half then add to the skillet

7.Place skillet on stove on high heat, bring to a boil, cover it and let simmer for 5 minutes

8.After 5 minutes, add the fish filets and let simmer for 5-7 minutes

9.Garnish with microgreens for an extra superfood kick
