Gluten-Free Chicken Bone Broth Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratine

Holiday meals are coming in fast and nothing is better than cooking a homemade dish that will spread love and joy and keep your family shining and bright. We've teamed up with Marlaina Pate, founder of Organically Grounded, to help us whip up together this amazing gluten free cauliflower and broccoli gratine full of holiday flavor and of course our Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate. So get ready to get cooking and feel that holiday glow from from the inside out!
  • 32oz cut and washed cauliflower and broccoli
  • 14oz heavy cream
  • 14 1/2oz Beauty & the Broth Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 16oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning or rosemary & thyme


1. Combine poultry seasoning, minced garlic, onion powder and Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate in a pot 

2. Put on stove and heat on low to medium until it thickens

3. Then add cream into the thickened bone broth concentrate mix and ad back on stove on medium heath

4.  As the cream, bone broth mix heats up, place the cauliflower an broccoli into an oven safe dish and sprinkle all of the cheese on top of it

5. Then add pieces of bacon to the top and into the dish

6. Toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and bacon so everything is evenly distributed

7. Next, slowly and gently pour the cream sauce into the broccoli, cauliflower dish

8. Then place into the oven at 350F and bake until the top of the dish browns
