Apple Pie Cups

Sometimes the best recipes are the easiest!

Easy apple pie cups are perfect in every way! Whether you want to impress your friends or do a fun baking activity this easy recipe is for you!

Makes 4 cups |10 minutes cook | 1 hour in freezer

-Beauty & the Broth chicken Concentrate
-3 green apple, finely diced
-3 T coconut oil, divided
-1⁄4 cup coconut butter
-1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
-1/2 tsp cinnamon

Heat 1 T coconut oil in small saucepan over medium heat.
Chop the apples into pieces.
Add in the chopped apples and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Stir in ginger, remaining 2 T coconut oil, coconut butter, and cinnamon (if using) until melted. Be sure to mix well to evenly distribute the melted coconut!
Pour into silicone muffin cups, or a muffin tin lined with paper cups. Silicone works best!
Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid throughout.
Thaw for about 3-4 minutes before eating.
