Hi, I received my shipement yesterday not two weeks ago! I took photos, the delivery guy said he thought someone spilled coffee on the box and we could refuse shipment but it was my daughter who didnt know it was a box of broth and thought the coffee story was viable. When I opened up the box, the packets were HOT, on their sides, so literally put in sideways and not upright and one chicken one was completely flat.There was leakage in both top and bottom if the box deeply soaked through and it was a giant mess.I have photos of it all. I had to throw it all out. It smelled horrible. I loved the broth before, so sorry you are having production problems.
My package came damaged and sticky broth was leaked everywhere. We had to throw the entire shipment out. I sent pictures to your email address and never got a response.
